‘John's place is great. Absolute ideal location - so close to the beach and the views were stunning!! Home was really clean, the bedrooms were big enough to accommodate 3 adults and beds were super comfy. Everything is pretty much provided for and we had such a wonderful, chilled, relaxing few days away - perfect for my family. John was also really easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Looking forward to coming back here. :-)’ - Lorenza, January 2022. AirBNB

‘Loved my stay. What's not to love about a grand, old country pub that's possibly haunted? Staff were welcoming, meal was nice, had a great sleep in a clean, comfy bed (no ghosts!), enjoyed the balcony and relaxing in the common lounge/dining area. Beautiful, bygone decor. Inexpensive accommodation without being "cheap".’ - Esmae, February 2022. AirBNB

‘You won't forget your stay above The Grand Millicent Hotel! The upstairs floor is an expanse of rooms and corridors, and at the top of the stairs you will find a very relaxing space to chill out with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, couch, and TV as well as table and chairs. The pub downstairs has excellent fare and even caters for vegans/vegetarians/gluten free. The room itself was cosy and furnished with antique wardrobe and side table, and the beds were very comfy. You have access to the balcony terrace which runs around the top floor, and a lower terrace which catches the sunshine. We kept an eye out for spirits but didn't spot any. We loved our stay here!’ - Rose January 2020. via AirBNB
